If you’ve never been to Stepping Stones Museum, you really should make the effort to go on Saturday (March 14th) — they are offering free admission between 9:30am and 11am to celebrate their Expansion plans, and in addition to the already super cool baby/toddler/and kid -friendly physical and intellectual activities offered on a regular basis there will be music, touch-a-truck opporunities, CAKE, and more! Personally, this place boggles my brain every time I take my toddler — you have got to see it to believe it, so why not go during a celebration?!

… a quick tip when you’re driving in to New Canaan to redeem your exciting shopping savings with your iB.L.A.S.T. card: DO NOT SPEED between the Merrit all the way into downtown New Canaan — no joke, the cops will ticket you for going even 5 miles over the limit!  Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as “racing home from New Canaan.”  I guess it’s a good thing for all those pedestrians, though!
